  1. Commit to protecting your doors and windows from wind-blown debris.
  2. Count and measure all doors and windows.
  3. Cut 3/4" plywood to fit each.
  4. Test fit and label each piece.
  5. Store in the garage or shed.

At its peak intensity Hurricane Charley struck Florida at 150 mph. When the eye reached Central Florida, winds were estimated to be at 80 mph sustained near, and to the north of Okeechobee, while winds at Orlando International Airport topped out at 105 mph.
